Geisinger in Scranton, PA is seeking a Clinical Team Coordinator Registered Nurse on the Advanced Acute Care Surgical Trauma Unit to lead nursing care, coordinate patient safety initiatives, and drive outcomes through collaboration.

You will mentor staff, participate in policy development, ensure regulatory compliance, and support Magnet philosophy while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Enrollment in Bachelor's Degree-Nursing (Required).
• Bachelor's Degree-Nursing (Preferred).
• Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) with active PA license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises nursing care on the unit.
• Assists with orientation and integration of new staff.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, and performance appraisals.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and safety initiatives.
• Communicates policies and regulatory requirements to staff and patients.
• Mentors staff and supports Magnet principles.
