Job summary

Intermountain Health St George Regional Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead one or more nursing units, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care while meeting financial and operational targets. You will oversee staffing, competency, and regulatory compliance, collaborating with nursing directors and physicians to drive service excellence.

The role requires a BSN, an active RN license, BLS certification, and 2 years of clinical experience with supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days of start.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
Leadership/supervisory experience.
Must complete Intermountain Health’s required leadership training within one year of accepting this leadership position.
2 years clinical experience.
Preferred: Specialty Certification; demonstrated oversight experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with nursing leaders and facility departments to meet financial and quality goals.
Manages budgets, staffing, and staff development; drives competency verification and performance reviews.
