St Joseph's Outpatient Surgery Center in Phoenix seeks a RN Clinical Director to lead the nursing team and oversee perioperative operations in our 8-OR, multi-specialty facility. You will ensure high-quality patient care and efficient nursing workflows across specialties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3 years leadership experience.
• Currently licensed in the state.
• CPR and ACLS certifications required.
• One year intraoperative experience.
• Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.
• Physically and emotionally capable of performing responsibilities of position.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.
• Familiar with medical terminology in operating rooms.
