Job summary

You will advocate for the anesthetized patient and coordinate care across the nursing process and multidisciplinary teams. The role requires an MA RN license, current BLS, and ACLS ready within 3 months of hire (PALS/ENPC within 3 months as applicable).

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN licensure is required.
• 1–3 years of OR nursing experience expected.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification within 3 months of hire or transfer; PALS or ENPC within 3 months are expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process.
• Act as Circulating Nurse in the Operating Room and advocate for the anesthetized patient.
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to meet patient outcomes.
• Report to the Nurse Manager/Director and adhere to department policies.
