Job summary

Lahey Clinic Hospital, Inc. is seeking a full-time Operating Room RN to join our busy OR team. Requires Massachusetts RN license, Nursing Diploma/ASN (BSN preferred), and at least 3 years OR experience; CNOR and EHR experience are a plus.

Day shifts, 36 hours weekly, with a pay range of $37.00–$95.37 per hour. We support cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, orthopedics, urology and robotics across 23 ORs and a leading live donor liver program.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license required
• 3 years OR experience
• CNOR and EHR experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care across multiple surgical specialties in a 23 OR environment
• Support Cardiothoracic, Neurosurgery, Orthopedic, Urology and Robotics services; contribute to the liver transplant program
• Uphold patient safety, documentation, and smooth perioperative flow
