• RN licensure as required for practice.
• Full-time position in a surgical/OR setting.
• Operating Room experience is required.
• Scrub experience is preferred.
• Ortho experience preferred; neuro and spine experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality patient-centered care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services in the unit.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and managers to foster teamwork and improved outcomes.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.
• Operationalizes nursing strategies to improve engagement (e.g., rounding, hourly rounds).
• Recommends and implements actions related to interviewing, training, and performance management.
• Assists with staff scheduling and labor management.
• Maintains inventory control and assists with supplies and equipment management.

Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days
