Job summary

Required is a Michigan nursing license and BSN preferred with BLS, plus 6 months to 1 year of OR experience. This full-time role supports diverse surgical services and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires current Michigan Nursing License.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred or must agree in writing to obtain a BSN within five years.
• BLS certification.
• 6 months - 1 year of experience/knowledge of Operating Room practices, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a safe, efficient Operating Room environment for hospital employees, medical staff, and patients.
• Ensures compliance with administration policies and procedures as well as OR schedule planning.
• Executes efficient daily Operating Room schedule administration.
