Job summary

SurgCenter of Plano, a USPI-affiliated outpatient surgery center, is hiring a Registered Nurse Operating Room. The Circulator provides nursing care during surgery, including patient positioning, prepping, and intraoperative circulation.

Experienced in ENT, ortho/total joints, sports medicine, podiatry, and pain management preferred. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited RN program, active RN license in the state, BLS/ACLS/PALS as required, at least 1 year as a Circulator, and

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• The Circulating RN provides nursing care and service during surgery cases.
• Positioning and prepping the patient and circulating the case.
• Experience in ENT, Orthopedics/Total Joints, Sports medicine, Podiatry, and Pain Management.

Registered Nurse Operating Room at SurgCenter of Plano

The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: ENT, Ortho/ Total Joints, Sports medicine, podiatry, and pain management.
