Job summary

SurgCenter of Plano, a USPI-affiliated outpatient surgery center, is hiring a Registered Nurse Operating Room. The Circulator provides nursing care during surgery, including patient positioning, prepping, and intraoperative circulation.

Experienced in ENT, ortho/total joints, sports medicine, podiatry, and pain management preferred. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited RN program, active RN license in the state, BLS/ACLS/PALS as required, at least 1 year as a Circulator, and

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• The Circulating RN provides nursing care and service during surgery cases.
• Positioning and prepping the patient and circulating the case.
• Experience in ENT, Orthopedics/Total Joints, Sports medicine, Podiatry, and Pain Management.
