Westlawn Surgery Center in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring an Operating Room Registered Nurse (PRN). The Circulating RN will provide nursing care during surgical cases, position and prep the patient, and circulate the case, ensuring patient safety and efficient workflow.

Qualifications include three years of OR experience, orthopedic background, and a current TN RN license; BLS and ACLS are required, CNOR is preferred.

Formación

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Three years of OR/circulating experience.
• Must have orthopedic experience.
• Current unrestricted TN RN license.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• CNOR preferred.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients and families.
• Knowledgeable of hospital policies and procedures specific to the operating room.

Operating Room Registered Nurse at Westlawn Surgery Center

The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.

Qualifications for Operating Room Nurse

• Graduate of accredited school or professional nursing.
• Three years of OR/circulating experience
• Must have orthopedic experience
• Current unrestricted TN RN license
• BLS and ACLS required
• CNOR preferred

• Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients and families.
• Knowledgeable of hospital policies and procedures specific to the operating room.
