Qualifications

• Verifies the accuracy of the cases and fills any gaps that may be there.
• Communicates the delivery of case carts with the appropriate staff.
• Displays adequate communication skills.
• Demonstrates courtesy and respect for patients, visitors and employees to fulfill service mission.
• Anticipates customers’ needs by asking if they need assistance.
• Performs duties in accordance with Penn Medicine policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization.
