Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily OR operations including scheduling, staffing, productivity management and premium labor monitoring
• Maintain OR schedule flow with staff, equipment and supplies; manage supply and process improvements
• Analyze perioperative data and ensure adherence to AORN guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Assist physicians with procedures, set up cases, ensure patient safety, sterility and accurate surgical counts
• Serve as surgical liaison for patients’ families and coordinate with surgical services leadership
