Qualifications

• BSN required for leadership role.

• CNOR preferred.
• BLS, ACLS certifications and RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead OR nursing staff in assigned service lines.
• Support scheduling and operations for General, ENT, Peds, and Plastics services.
• Ensure compliance with BLS/ACLS and RN licensure requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care in a fast-paced OR environment.
