Job summary

Remedy Recruitment seeks a Nurse Manager for an Ambulatory Surgery Center with four OR rooms, focused on spine, pain, podiatry, and joints. You will lead the perioperative team, oversee room flow, and work with surgeons to maintain high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong leadership, daily OR presence, and the ability to implement positive changes while ensuring regulatory compliance. Compensation reflects a $120k–$160k range with generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid Nursing license.
• Must have ability to lead.
• Ability to work in the OR room when needed.
• MSN or BSN degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee room flow with two ANMs and assist with scheduling.
• Ensure equipment is ordered and ready for daily operations.
• Collaborate with surgeons and staff on quality improvement initiatives.
• Cross-train and be in the rooms daily to understand the center and staff.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards (AAAHC & DOH).
