Agiliti is a nationwide medical equipment management company serving hospitals and healthcare facilities, with 90+ local service centers. The Laser Technician I role focuses on ensuring equipment is ready for use before, during, and after surgery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior medical, EMT, Surgical Technologist, or military experience preferred.
• Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to eighty pounds and push or pull up to one hundred pounds.
• Must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods and bend/reach repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Tests, cleans, and sterilizes equipment in operating room prior to procedures.
• Present in operating room during procedures; involvement depends on physician requests.
• Removes, cleans, disinfects, and sterilizes all surgical equipment after procedures.
• Ensures operational excellence of all vehicles and equipment by communicating defects or maintenance needs.
• Transports equipment to ensure it is in the right place for procedures.
