Job summary

Henry Ford Health Staffing is seeking an experienced OR RN for a contingent float pool position across HFHS facilities. You will float to multiple locations, participate in diverse surgical suites, and contribute to flexible staffing coverage.

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and Michigan RN licensure are required, along with current BLS and up-to-date TB/vaccines. This role offers premium pay, shift differentials, and online self-scheduling to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS certification; TB and vaccines up to date.

Responsibilities

• Willingness to float to multiple locations, as needed.
• Formulate nursing care plans based on patient data.
• Perform a wide range of professional nursing interventions.
• Identify patient problems prior to explicit changes in patient data (vital signs).
• Effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
