Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; BSN and graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience; nursing leadership preferred.
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state; facility-specific restraints training within 3 months of hire; unit/dept specific certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise nursing staff during shift operations
• Assist with patient flow, staffing coordination, and unit support
• Promote quality patient care and patient satisfaction
• Provide leadership support and assist with conflict resolution and de-escalation when needed
• Serve as a resource for team members and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain effective communication with staff, patients, and leadership
