Distro in Carmel, IN is seeking an Operating Room Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a full-time role at the FRANCISCAN ORTHOPEDIC SURGERY CENTER. Schedule includes no weekends or holidays, with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000.

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year surgical experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Arrange instrument trays, prep sterile drapes and solutions.
• Assist prep of patients as needed.
• Pass instruments to surgeons and assistants.
• Assist with sponge, needle and supply counts.
• May operate suction, sterilizing equipment, and packaging specimens for lab analysis.
• Clinic duties may include rooming patients, taking vitals, routing calls.

What you can expect:

• May assist with sponge, needle, and other supply counts to track materials used in surgery.
• May operate suction, diagnostic, and sterilizing equipment, and package specimens to take for laboratory analysis.
• Clinic responsibilities may include rooming patients, taking vitals, orders, and routing phone calls

Qualifications:
