Job summary

Domino's in Newnan, GA is seeking an Operating Partner/General Manager to oversee daily operations of a single store. You will provide leadership and supervision over all store activities, ensuring profitability, food safety, and high standards of service.

The role requires strong people management, experience in a fast-paced service environment, and the ability to lead teams, recruit and develop staff, and troubleshoot POS and other systems. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
