Domino’s Operating Partner/General Manager will oversee the daily operations of a single store, providing leadership and supervision to achieve high standards, food safety, profitability, and an inclusive team environment.

Applicants should have at least one year of GM experience in a fast-paced service setting, with strong cost management, recruitment, and customer service skills, plus ability to operate store technology and maintain excellence in service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
