GVCS Inc. - Whataburger in Youngsville, LA is seeking an Operating Partner to lead a 24-hour restaurant. You will coach Managers, Team Leaders, and Team Members to deliver excellence to customers every day.

You will hire and develop great people, maintain Whataburger brand standards, promote a safe and inclusive workplace, and foster community involvement.

As our Operating Partner, you will put your professional and personal skills to work as you manage 24-hour restaurant. You will be responsible for bringing the most out of the Managers, Team Leaders and Team Members who work for you as they deliver excellence again and again to our customers.
