Qualifications

• Mech aptitude or maintenance experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and stand during shifts.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues under supervision.
• Perform routine machine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Replace worn or defective parts using hand and power tools.
• Read equipment manuals and work orders.
• Maintain maintenance records and daily checklists.
• Work with production teams to minimize downtime.
