The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience, EPA 608 Certification, and strong troubleshooting skills with MS Word/Excel ease. Day shift with some on-call duties; onsite parking available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Proficiency with work order systems and basic computer applications like Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems.
• Monitor and record equipment performance and make adjustments for optimal operation.
• Manage inventory, purchase supplies, and oversee contracted maintenance work.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain a hazard-free work environment.

As an Operating Engineer, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting the building operations team.
