Responsibilities

• Block and document blocking notes for cast and orchestra.
• Set up rehearsal spaces with props, set pieces, stands, and chairs; arrive 30 minutes early.
• Monitor rehearsal breaks to maintain schedule.
• Coordinate with security at rehearsal venues.
• Track attendance and punctuality and report issues.
• Distribute daily schedules to cast and locations; note changes.
• Prepare and distribute rehearsal reports to Director and Conductor.
• Call and coordinate with production team to ensure smooth performances.
