Job summary

Qellus, LLC seeks a skilled specialist in OpenText Extended ECM and SAP SuccessFactors to design, implement, and optimize integrated content solutions for HR processes. You will align technology with HR operations, ensuring compliant content management and streamlined workflows.

The role focuses on building integrations, configuring ECM for HR use, and driving project work using SAP Activate or Agile methods. Remote US-based, 6‑month temporary contract, start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in CS/IS/Engineering/HR tech.
• Deep OpenText Extended ECM and SAP SuccessFactors knowledge.
• Experience integrating HR systems with ECM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between OpenText Extended ECM and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Configure Extended ECM for HR doc management, records and archiving.
• Link SuccessFactors modules with ECM content and workflows.
• Map metadata across HR systems and content repositories.
• Ensure GDPR/HIPAA/EEOC compliance via retention and security strategies.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and deliver integration enhancements.
• Lead or support SAP Activate/Agile projects and workshops.
• Provide training and stakeholder support.
