Job summary

Qellus, LLC seeks an OpenText ECM Engineering Consultant to design, configure, and manage an ECM platform tailored for engineering stateflows with a focus on ECN/FCN processes. You will work with engineers across functions and coordinate with the OpenText support team.

The ideal candidate is a technical OpenText expert with engineering process and enterprise architecture experience. This is a remote US-based role requiring full availability between 9am and 5pm EST on US working days and the

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years with OpenText ECM solutions including Content Server and Extended ECM.
3+ years in engineering document management or asset lifecycle processes.
Expertise in Content Server architecture: repository configuration, workflows, Smart UI.
Proficiency with Web Reports for custom development and reporting.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Client-facing role interacting daily with Engineers, Managers, Directors.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement OpenText Extended ECM for Engineering solutions.
Design and configure state-based workflows for document reviews and change management.
Provide expertise on content repository setup, security, and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable secure collaboration between internal engineers and external partners.
Monitor system performance and workflow efficiency with dashboards and analytics.
Create technical documentation and train end-users and IT teams.
