Responsibilities

Build, release, and manage production and test infrastructure on OpenStack across multiple environments.
Design and implement automated infrastructure blueprints using Ansible with reliable deployment of OpenStack services.
Troubleshoot OpenStack service issues (Nova, Neutron, Keystone, Designate) under SLA commitments.
Collaborate with Cloud infra engineers and IT teams to size, scale, and optimize infrastructure for real workloads.
Develop and maintain SOPs and runbooks to enable IT support to manage the platform.
Work with architects to improve processes, architecture patterns, and tooling for reliability.
