Kaiya Beach Resort in Inlet Beach, FL is seeking attentive Server Assistants to join our opening team and help deliver a welcoming, polished dining experience.

As a Server Assistant, you will support water service, beverage delivery, table prep, clearing and resetting; you will learn menu and beverage details, coordinate with Servers and Food Runners, and maintain clean, organized service areas. Evening, weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality or dining service is preferred.
• Attention to detail, urgency, and the ability to prioritize tasks while remaining composed.
• Clear communication and willingness to support teammates across the dining room.
• Willingness to learn menu and beverage details and follow service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and manage water service.
• Communicate guest requests to the Server and assist with timely service.
• Deliver beverages using trays and maintain proper service flow.
• Assist with wine top-ups after initial bottle service.
• Prepare tables with correct settings before courses.
• Support coordinated food delivery and clearing with Runners and kitchen staff.
• Keep tables clean and restock supplies; handle spills and breakage promptly.
• Identify low drinks or pending tasks and report to the Server.
• Reset tables and restock glassware, cutlery, linens, and service items.
• Complete opening/closing duties and participate in training and briefs.
