Job summary

Kaiya Beach Resort in Inlet Beach, FL seeks attentive Server Assistants to join our opening team and help deliver a polished dining experience. As a Server Assistant, you will support the service team with water service, beverage delivery, table preparation, and clearing.

You will collaborate with Servers and Food Runners to keep service organized and guest-focused throughout each shift. Candidates should be reliable, eager to learn, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

• Restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and strong service mindset essential.
• Attention to detail and a sense of urgency required.
• Clear communication and teamwork across dining room.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly, request water preferences, and maintain water service.
• Relay guest requests to the Server to ensure prompt acknowledgment.
• Collect and deliver beverages using trays with correct table positioning.
• Assist with wine top-ups after initial bottle service, with guest confirmation.
• Prepare tables with proper cutlery and service items, coordinating with Server.
• Assist with food delivery and clearing with Food Runners and kitchen staff.
• Keep tables clean, restock glassware and linens, and maintain comfort.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and participate in pre-opening training.
