Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a related engineering/maintenance role.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and hydraulics diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Engineering in hotel and building maintenance tasks.
• Address electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire and safety, HVAC systems.
• Respond to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with Four Seasons policies and safety standards.
