Ophelia Tavern & Bar Top at The Dale in Avondale Estates is hiring experienced bartenders and mixologists for an Opening Team. Join two connected experiences—Ophelia Tavern and Bar Top rooftop bar—to craft cocktails and lead high-volume service with hospitality at the forefront.

You will study our whiskey-forward beverage program while delivering engaging guest interactions, fast-paced service, and precise drink execution in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume bartending environments.
• Strong cocktail and mixology knowledge.
• Knowledge of whiskey, bourbon, rye, vodka, gin, rum, tequila, beer and wine.
• Experience with classic and contemporary cocktails.
• Understanding of mocktails.
• Knowledge of local beer and wine offerings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve handcrafted cocktails and other beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of offerings and educate guests.
• Enter orders into the POS system and process payments.
• Keep bar clean, stocked, and guest-ready during shifts.
• Provide friendly, engaging service and recommendations.
• Collaborate with teammates across the restaurant for smooth service.
