As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to advise customers on our amazing skincare products and ensure that they leave Palm Beach Tan feeling confident and beautiful. Competitive Pay: Competitive hourly pay ranging from $11 to $15, depending on location and experience. Additionally, earn uncapped commission up to 15% of your total sales based on performance.

2. Tanning with a Smile: Assist customers with their tanning needs, following state and local guidelines.

Qualifications:
