Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Biloxi, MS is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Team Member to support daily operations and guest satisfaction. You will participate in cooking, food prep, and station assignments while upholding Chick-fil-A quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing tasks, maintaining a clean workspace, and learning new products from leadership. A positive attitude and reliable schedule are essential for team success.

Responsibilities

• Arrive by 5:30 AM and prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations: fries, breading, assembling, boards and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Complete in-house training and stay updated on changes.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Required to be at work at 5:30 AM.
