Job summary

Chick-fil-A Tampa is looking for Back of House Team Members who will prepare, cook, assemble and present food safely while maintaining Chick-fil-A standards. You'll work under an independent Owner/Operator and contribute to a friendly, signature service environment.

This role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities to grow, and a chance to learn from experienced leaders. You’ll join a team that values teamwork, safety, and personal development in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
