Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Back of House Team Member to prepare, cook, assemble and present food quickly and safely, meeting Chick-fil-A standards. You will be knowledgeable of all kitchen stations, stock inventory, and keep the area neat and compliant with safety rules.

This role provides a friendly environment, flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth, including promotions based on performance. Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are independently owned and operated by local Owners/Operators,

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Position Type:

• Morning, Day or Evening shifts
• Open availability is highly preferred
• $12.00 - $14.00/hour based on experience and availability (promotions and raises available based on performance)
