Job summary

Culver's is seeking a Restaurant Readiness Specialist in Albertville, AL to coordinate daily opening duties and ensure equipment and facilities are well maintained. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and efficient preparation for opening shifts.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, stocking and rotation, and upkeep of building and grounds. On-site role with physical tasks and adherence to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates duties with opening team members to ensure efficient preparation for opening.
• Completes scheduled maintenance on restaurant equipment safely and according to the calendar.
• Provide maintenance to interior and exterior of the restaurant.
• Maintain appearance of building and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Put food order away, rotate stock in cooler, freezer, and dry storage areas.
• Monitor shelf life and code dates.
• Maintain working knowledge of operation of restaurant equipment.
• Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment.
