Qualifications

• Previous restaurant serving experience required.
• High-volume brunch or upscale casual experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent hospitality from arrival to departure.
• Learn and confidently explain the menu, beverages, specials, and afternoon tea offerings.
• Take orders accurately and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar team.
• Maintain strong table presence, timing, and guest follow-up throughout service. Upsell food, beverages, and featured items in a professional way.
• Support side work, opening and closing duties, and overall dining room organization.
• Work as part of a team to maintain smooth service in a fast-paced brunch environment.
• Handle guest needs or concerns with professionalism and urgency.
