Job summary

Savina's Mexican Kitchen in Loveland is hiring bartenders for its opening team. You will craft margaritas and cocktails, guide guests through our tequila and wine selections, and deliver warm, personalized service during high-volume shifts.

The role includes comprehensive pre-opening training and the opportunity to grow with Brinkerhoff Hospitality, with shifts of roughly 33–40 hours per week and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Approximately two years of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Weekend and pre-opening training availability.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, tequila, beer, and wine.
• Willingness to obtain required food-safety and responsible-alcohol-service certifications within the designated timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Welcome bar guests with warmth and hospitality.
• Prepare margaritas, cocktails, beer, and wine accurately.
• Follow recipes, measurements, and service standards.
• Develop knowledge of tequila, spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Guide guests through menus and make recommendations.
• Provide attentive, well-paced bar and dining service.
• Enter orders accurately and use the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked bar.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work.
• Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff.
• Remain composed during high-volume service.
