Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking an Open Source Intelligence Analyst to provide onsite support in Quantico, VA and Stafford, VA.

You will lead Entity Vetting efforts, coordinate with the SPA program manager and government leaders, and drive analytic results related to FOCI risk across the Defense Industrial Base. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, 8+ years in risk/competitive intelligence, and a proven ability to work onsite with clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Market Research, Security, Intelligence, or related fields
8+ years of experience in risk analysis, competitive intelligence, commercial due diligence, finance, or merger & acquisitions
8+ years of experience applying analytics standards for business intelligence, security, and intelligence data
8+ years of experience using commercial and proprietary business, legal, and intelligence databases and resources (e.g. Bloomberg, Factiva, LexisNexis, Pitchbook, Capital IQ, Dunn & Bradstreet, etc.)
8+ years of experience identifying trends, patterns, anomalies, and potential solutions
Active TS/SCI clearance
Able to work fully onsite based onclient needs.

Responsibilities

Provide Open Source Intelligence and Entity Vetting analysis.
Coordinate with onsite SPA program manager and government leaders for performance, planning, training, and analytic results.
Identify and analyze FOCl risk across the Defense Industrial Base.
