Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a CFIUS Case Manager to provide onsite support at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA. The role involves reviewing CFIUS filings, conducting due diligence, and producing risk-based assessments for senior DoW leaders.

The ideal candidate has an Active TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and at least 3 years of national security experience. On-site work is required to support government customers and ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in National Security, Economics, Business, or International Relations.
• 3+ years of experience supporting national security issues.
• Experience preparing DoW intelligence products.
• Ability to conduct rigorous analysis and communicate effectively (oral and written) to senior DoW leaders.
• Able to work fully onsite based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Review CFIUS filings including mergers, stock purchase agreements, and ownership structures.
• Conduct due diligence and research with DoW stakeholders to assess risk.
• Produce risk-based assessments and advise the CFIUS Mitigation Team.
• Summarize cases and prepare talking points and action memos for senior DoW leadership.
