Job summary

The Jewish Federation of Cincinnati is seeking an Open-Source Intelligence Analyst to monitor a wide range of publicly available information and produce reports for internal audiences. The IA will support community safety, conduct research, and maintain professional relationships with partners.

Candidates should have OSINT experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to handle confidential information. The role requires regular business hours with occasional after-hours duty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with OSINT focus.
• Experience as an Analyst in security intelligence.
• Proficient with internet-based OSINT analysis tools.
• Strong ability to analyze social media and online data.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor open sources including internet, social media, media, events to collect information.
• Identify trends and relationships signaling threats to the community.
• Deliver clear oral and written assessments, reports and bulletins.
• Maintain current/historical information on threats.
• Build professional relationships with public/private sector partners.
• Evaluate and improve collection tools and methods.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain discretion with sensitive information.
• Ability to conduct vulnerability assessments.
• Occasional after-hours standby when required.
