Job summary

Jewish Federation Los Angeles seeks an Intelligence Analyst to monitor, analyze, and disseminate threat information impacting the Jewish community in Northern California. You will produce intelligence products and coordinate with the CSI Bay Area program from the JFEDLA analysis center.

The role requires 2+ years in threat analysis, strong OSINT capabilities, and excellent written communication. Hybrid work with on-site reporting requirements at times will apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Regional Studies, Strategic Studies, Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Homeland Security, or equivalent training.
• Minimum 2+ years in research, analysis, and threat intelligence reporting.
• Knowledge of Bay Area and Northern California geography a plus.
• Experience with OSINT collection on social platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, collect, analyze, and disseminate regional threat information and intelligence for CSI Analysis Center and Bay Area programs.
• Conduct online open-source and social media monitoring for threats to the Jewish community in Northern California.
• Produce intelligence briefings and actionable reports in a timely manner.
• Research a wide range of security topics including terrorism, hate groups, crime trends, protests, weather, disasters, and socio-economic dynamics.
• Maintain records of incidents and data in case management platforms.
• Coordinate with local and national Jewish security groups.
