Responsibilities

• Analyze Internet/computer/cyber-based information sources and open-source platforms to identify threats to public safety in the Metro Boston region.
• Develop real-time open-source intelligence from publicly available information sources delivering actionable insights for BRIC.
• Maintain understanding of cyber-based criminal modus operandi, open source media, and social networking environments; liaise with LAPD/BPD and other agencies as required.
• Stay current with OSINT tradecraft, tools, and programs related to real-time open-source analysis.
