Job summary

Reflection is building open-weight AI systems and seeks a Technical Community & Programs Lead to cultivate our presence in research and developer communities. You will represent Reflection, create demos and tutorials, and contribute to the open-source ecosystem while shaping our events and partnership programs.

The role requires deeply embedded community involvement, strong program management, and compelling technical storytelling to drive engagement across events, platforms, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Active participant in AI developer or research communities.
• Experience running community programs or technical marketing.
• Strong writing and communication skills for technical audiences.
• Ability to manage events calendars and partner programs.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate Reflection’s presence with developer and research communities.
• Foster trusted relationships with researchers, engineers, and community figures.
• Represent Reflection externally with demos, tutorials, and open-source contributions.
• Organize and run hackathons, meetups, and webinars for developers and researchers.
• Build ambassador and developer programs end-to-end; manage partnerships.
• Collaborate with Comms, Product, Research, and GTM for content strategy and events.
• Develop community content and channel strategy to engage developers beyond launches.
• Provide community feedback to shape Reflection's product and messaging.
