Position Summary/Purpose of Position:
The Department of Marketing at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, College Park seeks to hire one faculty member at the senior assistant/associate/full professor level to begin in Fall 2024. The successful applicant is expected to conduct top-level scholarly research and have an exceptional record of publications commensurate with the level, deliver high-quality teaching, and perform service. The candidate will be expected to have the ability to teach courses to undergraduate, MBA, MS, and/or Ph.D. students.

Education:
Ph.D. degree with an excellent publication record in top marketing journals.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent teaching skills. The department is primarily looking to hire candidates in the quantitative research area within marketing, but managerial/behavioral candidates with exceptional records may be considered.
