Nevada State University’s School Psychology Program invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Open Rank position (Assistant/Associate/Full Professor) in School Psychology (Ed.S.) starting Spring 2027. Teach graduate courses, advise students, and contribute to research, accreditation, and service.

The program is housed in the School of Education, which supports a diverse student body and collaborative community.

Competenze

Doctorate in School Psychology or closely related field required; preferred rank at Associate/Full Professor.
Eligibility to obtain a school psychology license in the US or Nevada DOE license anticipated.

Mansioni

Teach graduate-level courses in School Psychology.
Advise students and supervise practicum/internship activities.
Engage in research and professional service; contribute to NASP accreditation efforts.
Assist with NASP accreditation documentation and processes.
Recruit and retain students; engage in program assessment and partnerships.
Collaborate with marketing to promote the program; engage in external funding pursuits.
Demonstrate commitment to diverse and first-generation student populations.
Program Director role may be available for Associate or Professor level.
