• Three years of K-12 teaching experience.
• Three years of experience as a public-school administrator.
• Experience teaching online in higher education.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; commitment to high-quality instruction and student success.
• Principal certification.

Responsibilities

• Teach master's and doctoral level courses in educational leadership.
• Design, conduct, and publish research for peer-reviewed journals.
• Advise students and prepare syllabi.
• Develop curriculum and update course materials.
• Deliver instruction online and face-to-face at multiple sites.
• Chair dissertations to completion.
