Qualifications

  • Doctorate in educational leadership or educational administration from a regionally-accredited U.S. university
  • 3 years of K-12 teaching experience
  • 3 years of experience as a public-school administrator

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills

  • Licensing/Professional Certifications: principal certification

Responsibilities

  • Teach master’s and doctoral level courses in educational leadership

  • Deliver instruction both online and face-to-face at any of the university’s sites

  • Maintain knowledge and stay abreast of current trends in learning via research, best practices, and technological applications in the classroom that include online instruction

SUMMARY:

The Department of Educational Leadership is seeking to fill one tenure-track, open-rank faculty position with a nine-month academic appointment beginning in Spring 2027. Faculty are expected to maintain an active record of scholarly and professional engagement, collaborate effectively with others, and contribute meaningful service to the discipline, the university, and the broader community.
