Qualifications

• PhD/DBA in Hospitality Management or a related field from an accredited institution.
• ABD candidates will be considered.
• Master’s in Hospitality Management with a related doctoral degree will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and teach face-to-face and online courses in Hospitality and Tourism Management with emphasis on core courses (financial analysis, leadership, marketing, managing revenues, lodging, catering).
• Collaborate with on-campus colleagues and Dedman College of Hospitality in Tallahassee for course coordination and curriculum development.
• Provide high-quality instruction, career advising, and student service to on-campus and online students.
• Foster relationships with local hospitality and tourism education and industry partners.
• Engage in research opportunities though not required for this teaching faculty role.
