Florida Gulf Coast University invites applications for two open-rank faculty appointments in the Stock Development Department of Construction Management, starting August 2027. We seek candidates who excel in teaching and will engage students in classroom and laboratory settings.

Qualifications

• Earned Doctorate in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline from a regionally accredited institution.
• Experience appropriate to the desired rank; ABD will be considered if degree is conferred by Aug 7, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate construction management courses and develop syllabi, materials, and assessments.
• Deliver engaging lectures aligned with curriculum goals and accreditation standards.
• Maintain active research and publication activities and advise students.
